‘Taking My Time’ is the latest delivery from Amanda Marie Wilkinson. The track is red-hot from the get-go, with Amanda bolstering her name in the alt-pop space.

The track opens with a harrowing piano overture with bold bars smashing through the speakers. However, Amanda soon reaches for the microphone, and she delves deep into her vocal armoury, providing an ethereal aura to the mix.

Musically, the track does not explore too far, but the soundscape it boasts is full of energy. Furthermore, it is challenging not to gravitate towards it as it hits the melting point.
